Five weighted scores make the number, and the number makes the tier. Partners can sit higher within a tier, never in a better one. Why I do it this way.
- Catalog size and how good the search, tags and filters are.
- Real video quality at the resolutions each site claims.
- Ads: pop-unders, redirects and how much of the screen they take.
- Upload verification and how fast the site acts on abuse reports.
- Whether it is reachable where you live, given age-verification laws.

Why is Pornhub blocked where I live?
