Who we are

PornTitans (porntitans.com) is run by Viral Reach Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Viral Reach Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything privacy-related, email editors@porntitans.com.

The short version

• There are no accounts, sign-up forms or comment boxes, so we don’t hold your name, email or payment details unless you email us.
• The only thing the site stores on your device is your age confirmation.
• Our analytics set no cookies and don’t identify you.
• We don’t use advertising cookies, we don’t build profiles, and we never sell or share data for advertising.

What’s stored on your device

When you confirm you’re 18 or over, the site saves that choice so it doesn’t ask on every page. It’s stored in your browser’s local storage and in a first-party cookie called pt-age-ok, which holds the value 1 and expires after 90 days. It contains nothing about you, isn’t used for tracking, and is never sent to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. Cloudflare does this on our behalf as a processor. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage, and it doesn’t fingerprint your device or follow you across other websites. It records things like the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, your country, and how quickly the page loaded. We only see these as totals.

Search

The site search runs entirely in your browser. What you type is never sent to us.

Affiliate links

Links to partner sites pass through a short redirect on this domain, at addresses starting with /go/. It adds labels for which PornTitans page and which position on the page the click came from, so the partner network can credit us. It doesn’t add your name, email or any other personal details. Once you arrive on another site, including through the CrakRevenue affiliate network, that site’s own privacy policy and cookies apply.

If you email us

Mail to editors@porntitans.com is forwarded by Cloudflare’s email routing service to an inbox we run on Google’s Gmail. We use your message and address only to reply and, for corrections, to keep a record of what changed. We delete messages when they’re no longer needed.

Why we’re allowed to do this

Under UK data protection law, we rely on our legitimate interests to run and secure the site, understand how it’s used in aggregate, and answer your messages. The age-confirmation storage is strictly necessary to provide the site you asked to use.

Where your data goes

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfers are covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Email editors@porntitans.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Adults only

PornTitans is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we’ll delete their message.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
